First of many.

My name is Benjamin and I a writer and former actor. Despite the fact that I am very invested in writing at the primary focus of my life, I have yet to complete hardly anything. I am in the process of writing a one act play but when I sit down to write I am obstructed by the inevitably writer's block. However one of the ways to combat this is to do some warm up writing. And thus, the purpose of this blog. 

In addition to warm ups, I really want to put something to paper every day. Opposed to other days where I sit an conceptualize, which albeit are useful in the long run, I feel I need to have more individual pieces of work accomplished.  So this blog is the first step in many to "step up my game."
